Optimisation of whole model series

For manufacturers of machines or plant where heat exchangers are a major component, we can optimise the whole model series. Every individual heat exchanger is checked with regard to its design data and examined for optimisation potential.

Quite often, there are several 'places' where optimisation could be carried out, e.g. an enhancement in heat transfer by increasing flow speed. We take the maximum permissible pressure loss into account in our considerations of course.

Optimisation leads to savings in heat exchange surface area and thus to a saving in cost. This means the number of heat exchangers used in your plants is the multiplicator for your overall saving.
